Ruins credit rating

Morequity recieved my mortgage payment on the 10th of october 08 then on the 17th of the month called and said they didnot get it yet, gave them gave them usps confirmation # then they said ok all set. 10/30/08 my birthday day off from work they call again wondering where the payment was told them I talked to jeff at ext 7128 he said it was all set they say they cant find it!

At this point Im ready to scream these people cant do simple book keeping! They tell me If I dont pay it they will report me to credit companies experion/trans union / etc, never ever was 30 days late try to tell them they have my payment they already cashed the check and took my money from my account but nobody listened or helped and they reported me, so know I have to contact all these agencys and get my credit fixed.in march I will be able to refinance and it wont be with them, if any one knows of a way to legally go after these b*st*rds please let me know
