Five Bounced Checks and Heavy Fees After 15 Years

I have been a member of SunTrust for more than 15 years. This is the worst bank. They charge outrageous fees for any and everything and have no loyalty to middle-class or poor account holders, because they are the ones who are hit with fees that can be avoided on many terms. SunTrust does not approve many loans for people who are not on the scale where they think you should be (think about it), and they just hit them with fee after fee, knowing that this will only damage them and leave middle-class and poor account holders in the rears and owing money that they truly do not have.

For example, SunTrust bounced 5 checks in my account although 4 of them would have cleared with money left over. They tried to tell me that they processed them from largest to smallest. That is why I was hit with so many fees.

The government is always investigating something. Why will it not investigate these banks that are making their lazy shareholders richer by taking advantage of the account holders?
