Cross Country Bank, fraudulent ripoff business will not honor phone conversations & won't respond in writing

Over this past year Crosscountry Lender didn't deliver us a regular monthly declaration (a Name 15 breach). Your cost was obtained late and triggered a late charge and overlimit cost to be evaluated. We named and were informed with a client consultant these costs could be eliminated.

While these costs weren't eliminated and we approached them written down, we were informed the organization wouldn't remain behind what their client consultant stated plus they have now been getting overdue costs and overlimit fees since. We're still arguing these costs and not could possibly get the organization to react to us written down (another Name 15 breach). (We don't wish to talk to them within the phone because they don't remain behind the things they let you know within the telephone.)
