Unauthorized charges

I was online when I received a popup that looked like a legitimate notice from my antivirus provider. Since it looked legit, I gave my credit card information, but when I did not receive the download recommended I became suspicious. I notified my credit card company but it came through, so now I will contact them to dispute the charge.
