Recieved a popup saying I had a virus and needed to download antivirus2009. Never recieved anything and it was charged to my credit card in the amount of 49.95. This is a ripoff

A popup told me that my computer had a virius and that I needed to download 2009 antivirus. I did so and never recieved it. I was charged $49.95 on my credit card for the antivirus I did not recieve. This is a ripoff.
