DO NOT use HC Credit! They RIP people off! The worst creditor I have ever dealt with!

HC Credit is the worst creditor I have ever worked with. Every month the interest goes higher (is never the same) even though I make payments larger than my minimum payment and the balance decreases. I was 2 days late on one payment and they charged $39 dollars as a late fee (which is $2 less than my normal payment) and they refused to waive it!
They are inconsiderate of these economical times and have ZERO leniency for extenuating circumstances, even if you are an excellent customer. The people in charge of this company should be ashamed of themselves! Save yourself time, MONEY and grief by NOT using them.
In submitting this report I researched how many other complaints there were for this company and I was overwhelmed with how many there were out there, although not surprised!
DON'T use HC Credit!!! You will REGRET IT each moment you have to work with them!
