Complete scam! Totally screwed! Company refused payments, then claimed they were past due. Fraudulent ripoff business deceptive company

Homeside Lending has repeatedly refused loan payments, and "sent" the payments back (which have apparently been lost in the mail on several occasions). They have then sent notices of "failure to pay" and threatened foreclosure after refusing the payments and stating that the returned payments are not their resposibility, since they cannot control the Post Office.
