Homeside Lending Washington Mutual Dishonest & fraudulent billing practices San Antonio

Homeside Lending purchased our mortgage from KB Homes without our knowledge... Until we received a foreclosure notice! I immediately started calling HSL to figure out what was going on and was told we were two payments behind on our mortgage. This came as a huge surprise for the following reasons; 1) we were never notified of the purchase or transfer of our loan. 2) we were still receiving monthly statements from KB Mortgage and 3) we had made all payments on time as due.

I have attempted for two months to resolve this matter with no results!!! I get transferred from individual to individual and no one ever seems to have the answers. I have even had three-way conference calls with KB mortgage & Homeside representatives and still no results. To this day HSL has not corrected their mistakes, they refuse to apply my current payments and are charging me late fees as well.

When calling HSL... We feel as though they do not care about us as customers, they do not respect our attempts to correct the problem and even act as though we are to blame!

If anyone knows of a lawsuit that we can join... Please let me know!
