Bait and switch: insurance quotes given do not reflect actual cost

At my local State Farm affiliate office I was quoted a price for homeowners insurance and went to purchase it.
After all the information was recorded the agent informed me that the cost would be about $50 more than he had quoted me (using the same info originally given). He informed me that the company software used to give quotes was different than the company software used to actually open a policy. Hence: bait and switch.
