Balance transfe

I transferred my old balance on my credit card to a Juniper credit card because they were offering zero percent interest on balance transfers. There was a balance transfer fee of three percent which came out to three hundred dollars which put me over my credit limit so I was charged a late fee of forty dollars so on my next payment I send them three hundred and forty dollars so i wont be over my credit limit so i get my next statement and they say they did not get it on time to send it seven days before so im charged a late fee so the next payment i send in three hundred and fifty and it shows on my statement they get it on the 17th which is when it is due but i still get a late charge and a additional charge of 188.13 so i call them and tell them my payment was on time it shows on there statement it was received on the seventeenth and I shouldnt be charged 188.13 for the balance transfer since i was already charged of the first statement. The but me on hold for over forty minutes and still did not take the charges off. Im so angry because I have never been treated like this before and I feel helpless because I cant do anything if i dont pay it it goes on my credit report and I have excellent credit the only reason I did a balance transfer was because I had lost my job and wanted to get the balance down now three months later my balance is over ten thousand and i never even charged anything
