Sold my private information to a third party / Giving me the turnaround to modified my loan

Frist of all, a exemployee of counrtywide sold my info to a third party. I been monitoring ever since. They provide me with free credit report monitoring subscrition with transunion. But everytime I check my credit it try's to sell me some other credit monitoring crap. I have a ARM loan that I been trying to get modified since last Oct of 08 '. Nothing yet, they been giving me the turnaround everytime I call them. Telling me to fax them proof of financial info again & again. No wonder my info got sold to a third party. What kind of people work there, bunch of crukes!!! They should fire every body from there. I work hard to keep my house for my family, they dont know what they are doing. Can anybody help me get thru this peole so I can get my loan modified before I lose my house.
