AAFES rip-off & dishonest reporting to CRA's & Treasury Department

My AAFES account was paid in full on 12 March. AAFES will not report to the CRA's that I am paid in full. They reported an eroniuos financial amount owed and they reported a different amount to the Treasury Department.

They refuse to report the correct information to the CRA's and they say it will take 6 months to get my money back they OWE ME. I don't think I will ever se it. They told me it would take 30 to 90 days for them to report to the CRA's and it has been 276 days so far. What math do they use?
