I am so glad to have found a site such as this where your able to express your concerns and DISSATISFACTION. I HAVE CONTACTED THE BBB and the PA DEPT OF BANKING and each of these organizations can't tell you howmany complaints are lodged agaist Ameriquest Mortgage. How is it that when a homeowner is faced with foreclosure their name is pasted in your daily newspaper and they feel embarrassed. The Federal government should make all complaints public record accordingly. I was not surprised to find that there is another individual on here who filed a complaint against the same office.

I can tell you that some of the things that happened to him where similar to what happened to me. They forged my loan application with false information. They lied to me about the interest rate. They lied to me about a prepayment penalty. They did not respond to my complaint with the BBB, HOWEVER, they did respond to the complaint with the PA DEPT OF BANKING. They denied everything, however, I have proof to back up my story and I sent a copy of the proof to the same.

I think the other guy who complained on here is named JOHN. I would like to know which attorney you have found to help you. I hear there is a group located here in Pittsburgh who helps people like us who have fallen prey to these liars / cheats! Could someone direct me to this organization?

I did a search and found where a national organization reached an agreement with Ameriquest. They apparently promised not to target low income or elderly folks with PREDATORY LENDING. But as you can see they comtimue to do this.

I warn everyone not to do business with Ameriquest Mortgage as they will take advantage of you.

I cannot afford these mortgage payments they have given me. We are going to lose our home and I have 2 young children who would be devistated.

Can someone help us?
