Unauthorized prices

I created the error of purchasing the Test Purchase from these folks.in fourteen days, I'd unauthorized fees on my charge card for 59.95! I approached them online and talked to some representative: Wont receive a reimbursement till I send them back the "purchase" they sent, again, unauthorized! Is not there somebody available that people may record them also? Exactly what a laugh!
