I requested one product from these folks on 1/1/09. They charged my charge card on 1/2/09. After fourteen days I'd noticed nothing concerning the standing of my purchase. I approached them-and was informed they'd check out the issue. After another fourteen days I had been informed these were having issues obtaining their cargo about the specific product. The next day I obtain a contact requesting me to get hold of them regarding my purchase.

I called them and was educated that my product was stopped. I wanted a return on 1/30/09. I since have already been informed more often than once that my reimbursement demand was posted for their sales office. It's today 2/23/09, nearly 8 weeks once they charged me for a product they never had, and that I am still awaiting my income. Do not get it done. These folks don't have any respect due to their clients.
