Ripoff abused & mistreated me

They called me a thief for carrying a monthly balance...

I have been laid off and have run out of money. Chase Visa sent a letter saying that you can defer payments by paying a fee. When I called them, they said it would take 30 days to start the program. I declined and called the card company. They said that there was nothing they could to and would trash my credit rating. When I protested, the representative called me a thief and I deserved to have my credit rating trashed.

I told her that I dutifully made my payments every month. She said that I carried a balance every month and therefore was using there money and that made me a thief. When I protested she reaffirmed that because I didn't payoff the entire balance, I was using their money and that made me a thief. She used the word about ten times. They are crroks themselves. How dare they call me a thief.
