Ripoff fraudulent scam contract

Applied for a Chase Visa online which was 0% for 15 months for purchases & balance transfers. Wrote my account numbers to be transfered on acceptance. I received a Chase Visa card in the mail for 0% for 3 months with 3% fee for balance tranfers which was not what I applied for. So I called Chase to tell them that was not what I applied for & they said that was what I qualified for. I told them I have a 780 credit rating & that was not an acceptable card. I told them I did not want it. Then they told me they had already processed a balance transfer. I told them I wanted it stopped & they said that it couldn't stopped. I spoke to supervisor & he refused to stop it. They had wired $500. To pay off my account of $476.99, charging me the difference.
Please someone stop these people!!!
