Uncaring, unprofessional, lying thieves work at Wachovia Bank. They refuse to refund stolen money

My then homebound handicapped mother who is now deceased had accounts with Wachovia and her so called helpers stole over $36,000 from her accounts. I wrote to Ken Thompson -CEO asking for help with this matter and he never even contact me. I also went to several others in the Charlotte office like Maralyn Khleel and Karen Bent. I sent them all the proof, forged checks, unauthorized use of my mother's debit card etc. Etc. I even told them I have eye witnesses that these peoiple did this and not one of them wanted to do what was right. Maralyn even said maybe I ripped off my mothers accounts and am trying to get double the money back by reporting it. I can only pray that the people at Wells Fargo fire them all without any pay and a bad reference. They don't deserve anything better.
