Ripoff late charges misposting payments wont respond to calls, wont give accouting or statements wont post payments accurately or on time, wont correct

I fed ex all payments on my leases to dell on or before the due date.

I have never been late.

They sit on them to collect late charges and post anywhere from 5 to 19 days past delivery - i have records of all delivered payments signed for by them and all cancelled checks.

They will not provide a payment history to prove when the payments are posted, and i fear they have messed up my credit.

They called and called with collections activity for months until i had to notify them in writing that i wasnt past due, and to stop calling -

I cant get this straightened out cause they wont address the situation or provide any phone numbers to assist other than voice mail hell.

They refuse to talk to me and expect me to roll over because this certainly couldnet be their responsibility.

I once had a collector from them call and tell me if i wasnt a dead beat she wouldnt be calling! They wont back post payments and they are the worst company on the face of the planet -

I can get my american express payment mailed on monday, delivered on wednesday and cleared the bank by thursday. Dell cant do this in weeks, and they will not help you.
