Ripoff the financial company that never posts payments and never stops billing late fees

I am glad to know that I am not going crazy and that Dell has not only done this to me. To make an extremely long story short I will just say that. I bought some stuff from Dell a few months ago, after making my first payment I started to get harrasing phone calls from Dell Financial saying that I was past due and that every day I was late I was being charged interest. When I told them that I had made my payment they told me that the old story of "the checks in the mail doesnt work" that is exactly what I was told.

Finally that payment was posted and I made another $151 dollar payment by phone this time on Feb 14th which was $130 over what was due and the money was taken out of my checking account on Feb 20th and deposited into The Bank Of America. It is now March 14th and every day I get a phone call from Dell Financial saying that I have not made a single payment since I opened my account. Each person I talk to I go through the whole story of what has happened and when I am done telling them my story I am told "ok, well we need to get a $141 payment from you today" like they didnt even understand what I had just explained.

I am by no means a prejudice person but I am tired of getting a phone call from some person who doesn't even hardly understand English and who is calling me a liar. I have asked on several occasions if I could speak to a Supervior only to be hung up on or tolf "all a supervisor is going to do is tell you to make a payment". I have recently been informed that big companies such as Dell Financial to save a few bucks branch there phone service out to places like India. So when we are thinking we are calling Dell Financial we are really calling over seas and speaking to a telamarketer who doesn't know what the heck they are doing.

I am lost in all of this and dont know what else to do, I have faxed them a statement from my bank and they still say they didnt get any payments. It is not on my credit report and they shut down my account and I dont know what to do about it, I wont make another payment until I find out where my money has gone. I will NEVER buy anything from dell again and I will be sure to make sure my friends and family dont eathie
