Harassed me at work, home for being 2 days late, original loan was sold to them had no choice

Well, I don't know if there is anything that can be done about this horrible, predatory, ruthless, "wouldn't know a thing about customer service if it came up and bit them on their pompous asses", "company", but I sure hope someone reads this and thinks twice about giving these english as a second language jokers any of their hard earned money.
My relationship with this so-called company started when my mortgage was sold to them and for what reason I have no idea (I'm told this is a pretty common occurence in this industry). My wife and I paid on time every month and were never late for over a year since they assumed our account. Then I was laid-off and was forced to take a temp job that paid sporatically and not nearly as much as the job I had been laid off from. I had started to fall behind on my payments, so I asked My "account representative" on how that was affecting my credit with them and I was told that since I had never been more than 30 days late, I had "perfect" credit with them. That made me feel a little bit better about the situation.
Cut to two months later and my account was given to another rep. This guy is unbelievable. He calls me at work 2-3 times a day, keep in mind that supposedly I have perfect credit with this company and up to this point had still not been more than 30 days late with my payment. Then I get home and find out that he has been calling the house phone as well and as many as 5 times a day. He has spoken to my children and tries to make me out to be some kind of deadbeat that doesn't pay his bills, TO MY KIDS!!!
Not to mention the 5-8 phone calls I get per day on my cell phone. Have I been avoiding this guy? You bet. Wouldn't you avoid someone that's STALKING you? I finally had it out with this guy and told him exactly what I think of him, his bullshit company and their business ethics.
I also will be shopping around for a new mortgage company. If anyone knows of a good, reputable and honest one out there, do me a favor and post it on this site (if that's allowed). You hear that Dave??
