Is anyone else getting this info?
1. SF will stop making interim payments to pay for housing while casualty claim is being processed (9mos and counting) if you hire an attorney to represent you, even though they have retained an attorney.
2. If you hire an attorney, it will take another two years to settle claim, if ever? Because it is then transferred to another division???
3. Can SF fire the SF approved contractor w/o being on the contract?
