Is allowed to rip off innocent people like me

My wife and I are elderly people. I am 90 years old. I know when I am being ripped off. I can't get a updated monthly statement. My statement for December is dated September. My monthly payment changes. My children have made several calls to EMC to get answers and we are still getting the run around. Promises is what I get.
I can't get a Supervisor or Manager. They threaten to take my home. Why is this company still in business if they are bankrupt. I need answers!
