Took fees but never submitted for loans and got no refund

I submitted for a loan through this company when it was NTBA and paid fees only to find out that they took my money and never submittd me for a loan. They then told me thy had another loan program and I was assured by Yolanda Dean and Chris Flores that I would be getting a loan. I still havnt gotten a loan nor any part of my money back. I am tired of this company getting away with telling people lies and every time I call, I gt told the loan is coming but dont receiv anything.
