Debiting my account without authorization

The same as under i purchase an effort offer which was suppose to $4.95 and got charged $48.95. I waited on hold for two and half hours and lastly talked with someone she explained that there is a container that i had been suppose to uncheck easily didn't wish to get the hoodia water and gum which was what they charged me for. I mentioned whatever i'll never get from you again. Subsequently nowadays i see where they debited my account for $39.95 that i did so not agree of... Please someone look after this.By the way in which i'm on-hold today attempting to speak with a one and find out why they did they say our store time is 77 mins. We will have i guess i'll be on here for around 3 hours this time around
