Rip-off paid $49 for down deposit

I was in the mist of moving when consumer first sent me

A voucher stating i needed to send 49.$00 dollars in

Order to receive a credit card with 5,000 credit line.

I'm still in the process of looking for the etter, because

I know i didn't through it away.

I called my bank today and found out the check amount

49.00 had been taken out of my check on 2-7

By consumer first-but i now doubt i will receive a

Credit card with a 5,000 credit line. Since i wrote

A check how can i trace it. The bank say's they can't

Say that consumer first cashed the check it only states

For deposit only-no name signed or any-thing what should
