First National Credit
Not. They sent me a check. Guess what? Their check bounced!

DO NOT sign up for this companies credit offer. They mislead consumers into thinking this is for a credit card. It is not, and is for a credit account for their companies products, which, by the way, are very cheap and inferior. I made the mistake of signing up for their credit card.

I immediately requested a refund for the $37 fee. They sent me a check that was deposited at my bank. Guess what? Their check bounced, and I was penalized by my bank for it.

I have been trying to contact them for over a month, and have not recieved a reply as of yet. This company is a total scam and not nice to deal with.

Out of 9,993 e-mails and consumer complaintss we have received on First National, this victim is the only one that gets a refund check?

No one can even get them to answer the phone! We have sent the author of this consumer complaints a request for more information.

Anyone with a check from them should make a copy of it and please fax both sides of the check to us at our west coast volunteer offices at 425-799-9729.

Several people informed us that their check was cashed by US Bank, NA Portland, OR. 1-800-523-9498.

There is more, but we cannot reveal this information at this time because an investigation is in process.
