Harrasing calls -Postal mail for a woman that doesn't live here

These people have been ringing my phone off the hook for over a year now.

EVEN AFTER I picked it up a few times to state an Ariel Hart does not and never has lived here! This home had one owner aside from us, they also send mail for a Charles Rooney who hasn't live here, same thing. Zales and Capital one collections.

They are sending letters for them as well. I'm afraid to call them back to end the harrassment after reading others reports of a possible scam with identity theft. Just this week I discovered I am a victim of Identity theft and someone has been using my bank account.

I tried to visit the website to send an email requesting the harrassment stop but it doesn't even work! They are a total sham. If i were you I would not respond and call your credit card company directly instead to resolve any issues with payment.
