Credit score means nothing!

I have been a citi-card holder for many years. Never missed a payment, always paid more than the minimum payment, but that is not enough! I was recently informed my 5.99% rate would now be 19.99%!!! Just Because!!! Wtf! And to add insult to injury I cant pay off the higher interest rate 1st. They can determine what portion of my balance is 4x higher but I cant determine which portion I want to pay off 1st!!! I should have gone to the GAMBINO FAMILY instead. They break your leg for missing a payment, but at least you can choose to pay 1st!!! Its not just a broken finger for this amount and a leg for that amount, It's the same across the board. Its about time for the LAW to step-up and straighten out these PLASTIC LOAN SHARKS!!
