Consumer ripoff, fraudulent sale of tax shelter packages and tax preparation

National Audit Defense Network (NADN) is supposedly a company of former IRS agents who help the public not get ripped off by the IRS. Well guess again.

I signed up with NADN at a cost of $240.00 for a year.in return they would examine my taxes for the last 3 years to make sure I received the best return possible. They would also prepare my 2003 taxes with all the deductions that the average person doesn't know about and my refund would be higher.

They tell you that there are hundreds of deductions that are possible. They also review your specific financial info and then recommended a package that I could purchase from them that would reduce my taxes greatly and increase my refund.

The package is a shopping website "The Mall for All" that you co-own with a company called Oryan Management. The benefit is that the website is modified for use by visually and hearing impaired (handicapped) so there is a tax deduction because it is considered handicapped accessible.

I was told that the cost is $2995.00 and I would receive a tax refund of the total $2995.00 as well as tax credits that can be carried over to the following year. And specifically regarding my financials I would receive additional refunds.

Well they finally completed my return and I did not get my $2995. Back. Additionally there are other stipulation involved with this Mall for ALL that were not disclosed such as there needs to be so much $ in sales on the site or you owe the management company money to be paid to them monthly. To avoid that you have to go to the website and make sure there are so many hits on the banners (which you can do yourself).
I requested my money back when I found out that the package was sold to me fraudulantly and they have refused to refund me. The original rep was fired for giving false information to clients and the 2nd rep I talked to was "let go". They have been beligerant and told me "to bad you won't get any money back".
I have contacted Oryan Management who states that they do not have the ability to have NADN return my money. This is a scam. Any company who knows that their employees give out false information and won't refund are in on it.
