Fee's on fee's please!

Ecause they go by a time zone where they are located my payment (done on the internet) was late.

I was charged an late fee, which then caused my account to be over the limit! There goes another fee (overage fee).

When i contacted them i was not very nice but the rep. Was even more uglier than me.

They would not help me out at all. My minimum pymt. Due the next month was 15.00, now i am not that stupid i knew if i did not pay that plus the fee's

I would still be over and then well more charges. Adds up. Of course they did not even bother to fill me in guess they make their fortune this way by ripping
everyone off.

The time thing is a major factor when paying online.

But to me it was not the eighth of the month until mid nite, no matter where you live.
