Overage fees / late fees

I have been harrassed by Capital One by mulitple phone calls from people not even located in this country.

When I get my statement, I try to pay a larger amount than what is actually due but sometimes I am only able to pay the amount due. I have never went over the credit limit and always pay my monthly bill. I have been late but I always pay the late fee which they state on my bill.

Now, they say a have other fees which brings my credit over the limit and they keep accrueing each month. I pay the amount due but they did not include the fees in the amount due. Now I owe more even though I keep paying the amount due each month.

No other credit card company has done this to me and I think Capital One is a great ripoff and scam for people trying to correct their credit.
