Exact problem as Jazztyme in Woodbridge Virginia

I've got the exact same problem with the exact same representative (Nancy Self) I've faxed in at least 6 separate times what I consider sensitive financial information and no one could find or confirm that they received any of it. I finally got a representative to admit that most of the people that work there are just to lazy or wont look for it.

One of the reps asked me "What will happen to your payments if your denied a modification again?" Be very careful if you are asked this question. If you answer this by saying that you will keep trying to make the payments to avoid foreclosure, they will make a notation on your file "Not to help with modification!" but if you answer can't or wont make more payments your screwed there too. So how do you answer this question? I ended up asking the rep what was the common answer she gets to that question when they ask a desperate man who is backed in to such a corner? The question made her studder and she refused to answer me!
