First of all they should not charge people for applying for a loan. The reason people come to these company's is for help with their cash problems. I was charged out of my bank account $19 and was told that i would get a call to varify my info as well as a call to my job for job varifycation neither was done and they took my $19 there is no way to speak to a live person everything is an automative response via email.
