I felt like I was raped unconsious by my mortgage company

2) I am disabled and risk losing my home due to bank fraud. AMex lien

3) The Consumer Protection Agency has my case since July.

4) Government programs haven't helped me yet because
I am current on my Mortgage.

5) I was on welfare at the time of the refinance and could not afford the new mortgage so a job was made up to push paper work through.

6) I was heavily medicated. The broker showed me different rates that were much lower than I was currently paying, explaining that would give me plenty of time to get back on my feet.

7) the Mortgage company never paid Amex and they added that to my loan.

All this stress caused me to have about 8 seizures. I am renting my home for approx $1700.00 per month. That's almost my entire Social Security disability check

8) I would hope that someone would think this is unfair. Especially since I made it clear I was incompetant! Several times. My mom was there. And the broker dismiss the fact claiming I appered to be fine.
