On or around December 6th I applied for a credit card from TS Card Benefits. They have a PO. Bx in Phoenix Arizona, however, they are based in Florida it seems.
They assured me I would have the card by Christmas approximately 2 weeks later. They tooked $249.00 out of my savings account, and have not sent me anything. I have tried and tried to get in touch with them, especially during the weeks around Christmas.
I finally got in touch with them almost 2 weeks ago. They said they would be putting my package together immediately and sending it to me. Today is Febuary 6 and nothing. At this point I would like some information on how to physically contact them whether it be a phone mumber that actually reaches someone or a street address and not a PO BX. I am very interested in seeking a Class Action Law Suit or a Single Action Law Suit against them.
