This individual is responsible for creating an elaborate real estate scam claiming that there was a builder in Austin Texas developing vacant land to build high end homes, and doing so with the money from private investors and the return on your investment would be anywhere from 15-100% for the project, much like Joseph Villa has on his real estate website http://www.josephvilla.com/investment_test.html

This Scam blew up when mutliple people were not paid after thier "contracts" expired. Lisa A. Mahoney seemed unconcerned about paying anyone back, and for the most part went into hiding. Lisa A. Mahoney has been seen by individuals looking for her, and she bascially laughed and told them to go do what they had to do. Lisa A Mahoney has over 50 complaints against her at the Simi Valley Police Department, and yet still roams free. Lisa A Mahoney has taken hard earned money from good people. Many of those that invested in Lisa A Mahoney have lost their life savings, their homes, their credibility, their comfortable ways of life, their future, and their ability to trust.

It is a crime that an individual like Lisa A Mahoney can walk freely and still live comfortably. It is very unfortunate that her son is attending a high end private school with the money that was scammed from all of us hard working and law obiding citizens. I can only hope that our Justice System works in the favor of the innocent and serves the guilty a punishment 10 fold of the crime.
