Just been conscripted as one of their new members

I dread being member of this bank. I read a lot bad things in Navy Times about Bank of America.in the Navy it is mandatory to have a government credit card issued by Bank of America. It is alarming with this card a customer has to pay the balance in full each month. I hope I never have to use this card. For them I'm a captive customer. My wife had an account with them and had a bad experience with them. I paid account in full and they refuse to close it. If they treated my wife poorly, just imagine what they may do to me. Because of my involuntary membership with them, my potential debt to income ratio is higher.
