I was ripped off by these people and want something done about it. I had given up because I was tired of fighting with them But now I have decided they are not going to win. Feb 2 I got served with papers where they filed to foreclose.
They filed it Aug 27 1999. I have 30 days to respond to court The only date anywhere on any of the papers are August 27 1999 I am afraid that my 30 days are just about up
