Closed without notifying existing customers

I registered with H & A back in April. I have been receiving periodic credit reports with my findings/conclusions supossed to be completed in October. When I phoned them early September questioning final paperwork a representative told me that my case would now be closed in November 08 and I would receive everything then.

Well I phoned them yesterday and to my suprise when I pulled them up on google the page came up as disconnected once clicked. When I found the number, it was disconnected also. Since there was a past article done on them before, was wondering could there be any information shared about recent complaints if any?
