Mortgage company refuses to assist with lower rate help or loan to repair home charges $2300 for 3 months of insurance!

In March my radiator EXPLODED in the upper part of my duplex. (the heat in the lower was Not effected) A 'pressure rellef valve located in the newer boiler failed and the pressure excaped by exploding my radiator in my apt. Thank God I had the water turned off (because of a small drip under my sink which I was calling a plumber back to repair) The insurance company BADGER MUTUAL INSURANCE gave me the run around and every reason to ditch my claim after they discovered that not only one radiator was effected after the heat failed but all 5 (replacement cost $16,000) While fighting for payment I switched insurance carriers - but BADGER then LIED and told them I had WATER DAMAGE (so the new company got scared and dropped me immediately) then Badger changed the claim again to "frozen pipes" which also wasn't true as it was 68degrees when I reported the boiler explosion Chase was notified and i asked for help - not only did they shaft me on a loan for repairs they also changed my loan application to reflect new information on behalf of BADGER - My home is presently uninsureable, I can't get the insurance company to pay the claim and attorneys want money by the hour to present my case - plus I can't do repairs to get insurance NOW CHASE is demanding BACK INSURANCE from 11 to 1 - PLUS now the present payments I need help and currently am phycially disabled and unable to find a job and with limited income and also fighting FLOOD DAMAGE Is there any attorney that can help under a percentage basis?
