Not publishing payments produced by email and getting late fees for this. Pressing online transaction solutions when calling customer support, and, obviously, providing to renounce one late-payment charge when confronted. Very suspicious. Do they've use of my bank account somehow easily create an internet cost? I wonder... Any suggestions for option within this scenario??
