Posted unapproved charge on my checking account

I recorded directly into my WAMU checking account and noticed a cost of $69.95 impending on my bank account. Evidently these folks got my bank card amount off the web. I am handicapped and on SSDI, my revenue is extremely restricted. I CAN'T FUNCTION, why might I buy a profession package? These costs were unauthorized.
