Fraudkeeps jacking up the rate

Make my payments, bill comes down for a few months, then BAM! An increase for no apparent reason. For over a year bill has yet to drop down from $400. Miss one month and they call every half hour on the hour. Even on Sundays. I called before and was told that they were correct on the billing and nothing can be done. My original bill should have been 188.76, but some how with "FEES" it is now over $400, I don't understand how.
