Billing Errors

I've attempted unsuccessfully going back 4 weeks to possess ADT correct my statement. I had been charged twice for that installation. ADT selections calls me nearly every morning. Every time, I let them know the same tale. I've sent a duplicate of the installment contract and also the agreement that says exactly what the cost ought to be. I can't have it corrected, however I've been informed it's being corrected. They keep messages nearly daily, and that I reunite their calls almost daily. I'm ill to death of ADT.
