This is ongoing for the past 7 months. After renewal of our contract, and also receiving a faulty phone, which after 1 week they refused to replace, we have had nothing put problems with our billing. The Victoria store has been a great help in getting the bills corrected each month. Finally I let them know if the billing was not correct the following month I wanted to cancel my contract. The girl in Victoria agreed with me that the problem had gone on far to long. Bell informed me it would cost 299.00 to cancel. Is there anything I can do about this?
