Bills Never Corrected After Signing for $29.99 Monthly Rate

I signed a contract in June for the $29.99 a month fee. My first bill reflected a much higher charge, and I was told by customer service that it would be corrected on my next bill. My next bill was still not corrected. I called customer service again and was told it would be corrected by my next bill, and again it was still not corrected. I was not paying the full bill each time, only what I was supposed to be paying. After 2 more incorrect bills and more phone calls, my bill was never corrected to reflect the correct amount.

My service was shut off because of the overages that I was not paying. When I called customer service for the last time, I was told that it could be corrected but I would still have to pay for the overages because they said I "had the services and had to pay for what was given to me." I have been told since day one that the bills would be corrected, and they never were. Now they are trying to charge me for services I never ordered.

They also took over $300.00 out of my account for the payment, and I have had it reversed. I would never recommend Direct TV to anyone. It is not worth the time or the trouble. Pay a little more for better service; in the long run you will save money and get what you pay for.

By the way, when they installed the cable in my home, they left multiple wires exposed and just thrown over the bushes on the side of my house. A horrible job.
