Applied online for a goverment was contacted by phone by GF Services and was asked to send 469.00 for underwriters fee, not heard a word from them or anyone

Last may I applied for a goverment low income houseing grant. I was loosing the lot where my trailer sat for the past 14 years. I rescue animals and had found a house with 2.5 acres and a large barn that would of been perfect to place more animals along with the ones i already had. I was then contacted by a man that said his name was richard harris and he said that I was aproved for the low income housing grant for 155,000.00, He said he would email me the contract for me to make 2 copys send one back to him with a cashiers check for 469.00 and to keep the other copy for my records. He asked that I send it back via overnite mail and they could start the paper work as soon as they recived my contract and cashiers check. It cost me 469.00 and 6.00 for the cashiers check 16.25 for overnite mail. I then spoke with Mr harris the following week and I said I was already in the works for buying the property. I already had the house inspected for 300.00 put 1,000.00 down on the house and even had the lights cut on even had most of my belongings packed up ready to move. I waited calling almost everyday and just ended up listening to a recording saying mail box is full. The realestate man called me everyday asking what was up with these people, why is it taking so long. He said someone else had made an offer on the house and I would loose it soon if something didn't happen. Well It happened, I lost my trailer I had owned for 14 years because I waited and couldn't find anywhere to move it. Then i had to find homes for most of my furchildren and I became homeless for almost a year. I did get to keep 2 dogs and 7 cats, they are still with me in a rented trailer. I want these people cought and jailed for the fraud they comitted aginst me and god only knows how many more. Thank you
