Scam Artist Foreclosure "Experts" Steal Your Money & Disappea

I hired them to help with my foreclosure situation. I am on disability and have a limited income, which they knew. I wasn't sure about hiring them, but Joe Hicks called me 2 or 3 times a day for a week until I hired the, m I sent them my money and then started receiving foreclosure calls and notices from my mtg company. Kim Irving and Joe Hicks were assigned to my case, and both assured me it would be at least 8-12 weeks before I even heard anything regarding a loan modification. For the last 3 weeks I have left multiple messages but they have disappeared and will not return calls.

I found out yesterday my house is going for auction in 3 weeks. I now don't have the money since I sent it to them and according to my mortgage company they never spoke to Oceanview at all.

Their Better Business Bureau rating was a A - when I hired them 3 months ago, it is now a C. They are scamming people left and right. They have a money back guarantee which is lie. Beware and DO NOT trust them.
