Scammed in pa. West indies

Freedom finanical guaranteed me a loan and they needed money for it being secured sent them 7 months worth of payments as they requested and then sent them 400.00 more for caribean taxes and then they wanted another 400.00 and at that time i requested a refund. And i am now waiting two months for my refund, which was to only take 30 days.

I have been calling everyday for the last two months and still have not gotten my refund. I need help to get my 1400.00 back. I have all my receipts and money gram receipts. Please someone help me to get my money back.
